A sophisticated contemporary design for a modern extension to a 1910s seafront home. The client wanted to inject colour and warmth into the interior, featuring warm terracotta tones balanced with sage green accents. The space showcases elegant geometric patterns through carefully selected rugs and artwork, while natural materials such as wood and woven textures add warmth and depth. The design philosophy centres on creating a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics with comfort, utilising pendant lighting and thoughtfully curated furniture pieces to establish both visual interest and functionality. Every element has been chosen to contribute to a cohesive narrative of contemporary luxury living.
